How to add attendance?
In Mobile application after login to your account, find an icon called Attendance, click on it you will redirect to Add attendance page. Where you can see present month, you can change the months by simply clicking on it. It will show list of current financial year months. Choose the month that you want to add attendance, month calendar will be shown below.
You can either add attendance for each single day by tapping on each day or else we have one touch or one swipe feature – you can simply touch on day one and tap on day last. That’s it will select total month days. Then click save icon on bottom it will ask for confirmation and take you to add attendance details page, where you can pop with two options in status field. R-regular and HW- weekly holidays. Click on your qualified days then click same save icon at bottom, it will pop up for confirmation Yes or No. Click on Yes if you want to proceed.
That’s it you have added your attendance successfully.

How to generate Timesheet?
It is so easy to generate timesheet. Just select the month you want to generate the timesheet. To generate timesheet you must have add attendance in first step. So you added attendance details will be shown here. Just double check the attendance added then just click the save icon and application will ask for confirmation popup click yes if you want to continue.
That’s it you have generated your timesheet successfully.
Note: If you are under timesheet approval policy. Your reporting head need to approve your timesheet to qualify for payroll processing. If you’re reporting head rejects your timesheet for any of policy reasons. You need to repeat same timesheet generation steps by adding attendance again.

How See My Payroll Details?
You can even email this payroll to your registered email ID by simply clicking email payslip button on the top right corner. With just one touch HRPlace app will email your payslip document to your registered email in PDF format.

To apply leave click and employee name tab choose your name. Tap on leave type where you can see a list of leave types you are entitled too. Select the leave you want to apply for. Then choose the leave from date and leave to date mention the day type whether it is for full day or half day. Then write the reason for why you are applying for leave, so your reporting head will get to know the detail request reason added then just click the save icon and application will ask for confirmation popup click yes if you want to continue.
